Objective:

Our goal is to reduce your monthly mortgage payment in the most expedient manner possible. There are various methods and ways to accomplish this goal; and we know all of them. We will help you improve your financial position...or we will refund your money; it's just that simple. You tell us what you are looking for and we will help you get there.

Ideal Candidate:

Although we have helped many clients in many different situations, the ideal client will identify with one or more of the following:

o A High Loan to Value (LTV) - maybe you bought your home in the last several years and have experienced a drop in value due to the drop in the real estate market; or that you have pulled cash out on your home.

o Possess 1 or more investment properties that has dropped in value (we can do out of state negotiating as well).

o Experienced a hardship (either have experienced a hardship or possess reasonable expectation of one)

o Bad Credit, Litigation, Bankruptcy, etc.

You do not need to be in a bad financial position to use our service. We are here to help you improve your financial situation.

The Process (what we do):

1. We help you collect the necessary documentation.

2. We review your financial situation with you to determine what outcome best suits your needs.

3. We submit only the pertinent information to your mortgage lender(s) in order to achieve the best results possible ( i.e. lowest rate, longest term, and other favorable loan conditions).

4. We then negotiate with your lender. There are many different tactics, terms, and levels that we employ to achieve optimal results.

5. Your mortgage lender(s) will then submit a contractual offer in which we will review with you to make sure it is in line with your best financial interests.

6. You sign the contract with your lender(s) and start enjoying your new modified loan.
